Arrived 12.15 and rigged a 6.5 bearing in mind the reputation of E winds. Started off as crash test dummy for the guys. Planing much of the time but not really powered up. The guys came out and we had some good sailing, then the wind dropped. Guys hit the shower and I waited a bit. The wind seemed to be picking up. Out I went and before long I was stacked. I should have changed down but couldn't be arsed. Eventually I came in just as the guys were coming out having put the wet suits back on. By the time I'd changed down and was ready to go the wind had dropped and I ended up three groynes down. So a 3 * day with some prolonged 5 * bits. Very up and down.
